Mocha Fest Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS

Hotel Packages: Refers to any booking that includes accommodations as part of a package (excluding Mocha Trips).
Tickets: Refers to the purchase of Party Passes, Day Passes, and Individual Entry Tickets.
Mocha Trips: Refers to curated Mocha Fest experiences in destinations such as Greece, Kenya, Dubai, Thailand, Colombia, Costa Rica, and more.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hotel Packages:

180+ days prior to travel: $100 USD cancellation fee per person.
120-179 days prior to travel: $250 USD cancellation fee per person.
119 days or less prior to travel: 100% cancellation penalty; no refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reservations@mochafest.com.

Mocha Trips & Tickets:

All purchases for Mocha Trips, Individual Tickets, and Weekend Passes are 100% non-refundable from the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within a minimum of 30 business days and will be issued by check to the payee. Refunds are not applicable to Mocha Trips or Tickets.

PAYMENT PLANS & LATE PAYMENTS

Scheduled payments must be made on or before the due date.
Automatic withdrawals are not offered. Payment links can be requested via email or phone.
Requests to adjust payment schedules must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the due date and are subject to approval.
Payments over 10 business days late may result in cancellation without refund.

MOCHA FEST FUTURE CREDIT

Future credit may be granted at the discretion of Sunset Destinations & Events Inc., after reviewing cancellation penalties from third-party providers.
Approved credits are valid for 1 year from the original cancellation date.
Once applied to a new booking, credits are non-transferable and cannot be reused.
Payments/credits are not transferable between guests without written authorization from both parties sent to reservations@mochafest.com.

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

All changes (name, dates, hotel, room nights) are subject to availability and third-party approval.
Name changes may be restricted within 60 days of check-in.

EARLY CHECKOUTS, LATE CHECK-INS & NO-SHOWS

No refunds or credits will be issued for early checkouts or no-shows.
Changes to check-in/check-out dates must be requested in advance and are subject to standard cancellation penalties.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is highly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

Trip cancellation or interruption (due to emergencies, natural disasters, etc.)
Overseas medical expenses and emergency transport
Lost or stolen luggage
24/7 travel assistance services

Sunset Destinations is not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by third-party vendors, airlines, or resorts. Clients are advised to consult with a local insurance provider.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

A valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity beyond your travel dates is required for international travel.
Some destinations may require visas. Check requirements at www.visahq.com.
Failure to present valid documents will result in forfeiture of the reservation, subject to the standard cancellation policy.

ROOM ALLOCATION & SPECIAL REQUESTS

Hotels are responsible for room assignments based on the category booked. Sunset Destinations is not responsible for bed types, room locations, or decor.
Special requests (e.g., bedding, view, floor) are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel discretion.

HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Standard hotel check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: typically 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

HOTEL MAINTENANCE & RENOVATIONS

Sunset Destinations is not liable for inconvenience due to hotel maintenance, renovations, or construction. All efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible.

3RD PARTY SUPPLIERS

Guests agree to the terms and conditions of all third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, tour operators, entertainers, transportation services) contracted by Sunset Destinations.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Sunset Destinations reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending Mocha Fest events or booking travel through Sunset Destinations, you release all affiliated parties from liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damages incurred during travel or participation.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Guests must attempt to resolve disputes directly with Sunset Destinations before initiating chargebacks. Failure to do so may result in a permanent ban from future events.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

By entering a Mocha Fest event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Media may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. To request content removal, contact reservations@mochafest.com.

FORCE MAJEURE

Sunset Destinations is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, government actions, or vendor insolvency.

PRIVACY POLICY

By booking with us, you consent to receive communications from Sunset Destinations. We do not sell personal information. Your data is used solely to facilitate your travel experience and communications.

All content is reviewed carefully, but Sunset Destinations is not responsible for omissions or inaccuracies. We are also not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
